Refund & cancellation policy

In case of Fruits & Vegetables we have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account.

For other Grocery Items return request can be made by calling our customer care or emailing us on trinchagro@gmail.com within 1-2 days of delivery (This will not be applicable for Vegetables & Fruits). Products should be returned in the original condition.
We have a 2 day return policy and it is available only on packed items from the date of delivery of the product. We will issue a full refund minus the shipping charges. We request you to ensure that while returning the items they need to be packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged while they are in transit. The return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer


Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  •  Defective/Damaged product
  •  Wrong product delivered

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  •  Returned without original packaging
  •  Damaged products reported after 2 days of delivery.


How do I initiate return request and what happens afterwards?

Please send an email or call 9743403481 our customer care trinchagro@gmail.com. Return request will be reviewed by https://trinchagro.com team. After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and refund is initiated.


What happens afterwards?

It takes between 1-5 working days from the time a request is raised, to the time the product is delivered back to us. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location. Please be assured that we work very hard to ensure that your interests are protected.

While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with https://trinchagro.com , there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):

  •  Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
  •  Limitations on quantities available for purchase
  •  Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information
  •  Inaccurate or insufficient address

At times we may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible.


Cancellation by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 2 hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will cancel the order and refund amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped.


Refunds


When will I get the refund?

We initiate the refund within 4 -5 working days of receiving the product at our center in case of returns and in weeks’ time refund should reflect in your account. In case of Cancellations, if the product is not shipped, we initiate the refund immediately. The decision of Satvik and Naisargika Aahara regarding return of any product is final and binding.
